This triptych is the culmination of a body of work that is a celebration of the mundane repetitive routines of domestic life. The hanging out of the washing made ritual. It is also the refinement of a process of building up layers of paint whilst removing more and more control. These constraints enabled me to let go of certain decision making responsibilities about aesthetics and in turn created the resulting aesthetic.
